When your ice machine breaks down call the number on the front of your ice machine. Our office will answer and put your machine on the schedule for same day service. Any parts or labor preformed will be at no cost to you.
Upgrade
When your business grows, we grow with you! If you need to upgrade to a larger ice machine, just give us a call. We will be there to make upgrading quick and simple.
Back-up Ice Delivery
When your ice machine breaks down, we have got you covered. Ice delivered and loaded into your bin while your ice machine is being serviced.
Preventative Maintenance
Your ice machine will get dirty. The day your ice machine is installed your equipment gets added to our maintenance schedule. When your ice machine is due for a cleaning we take care of scheduling, cleaning, and fixing any issues that arise. The tech will determine if the ice machine needs a more frequent cleaning and adjust your maintenance schedule accordingly at no extra cost to you.

Half-Dice Cube
Hard, clear ice cube with unique “rhomboid” shape 3/8” x 1-1/8” x 7/8” (0.95 x 2.86 x 2.22 cm) in dimension, 96 cubes per pound of ice, maximum cooling with nearly 100% ice to water ratio.
Dice Cube
Hard, clear ice cube with unique “rhomboid” shape 7/8” x 7/8” x 7/8” (2.22 x 2.22 x 2.22 cm) in dimension, 48 cubes per pound of ice, maximum cooling with nearly 100% ice to water ratio.
Types of Equipment
Air-Cooled Ice Machine
This ice machine is cooled with the ambient air temperature. The ideal space for this unit is in a well ventilated room.
Water-Cooled Ice Machine
This ice machine is cooled with water running though a condenser. This ice machine will use more water but can be used in any space without ice production being effected. This makes water cooled a great option when the ice machine needs to be in a back room, closet, or already hot kitchen.
